I’m starting a new company/website/app IntelliTrip, Inc. which by design, will combine the two most valuable features the Internet has to offer Search and Social Media, in a single application, improving IT user’s ability to maximize efficiency with time, data, information and money. IntelliTrip will be a smart hybrid of Google+Facebook for “What To Do” and much more.
IntelliTrip is a website and app that will connect its users a.k.a. "IntelliTrippers" to optimized travel, recreation, fitness and dining based on the IntelliTripper's location, interest, budget and time by other IntelliTrippers and IntelliTrip staff recommendations a.k.a. "INTELLITRIPS."
IntelliTrip represents an information company whose goal is to develop a big data approach to the emerging industry of “Trips” “Experiences” and “What To Do.” In addition, a new and improved social network will connect IntelliTripper’s that wish to connect. Internet users need a creative option as bad as Facebook needs a competitor. Instagram Stories? I prefer IntelliTrip Stories!
I’m looking for partners that have the vision to support IntelliTrip’s mission of delivering value-added connectivity to its users with no negative side effects. Once Internet users around the world have an option, non-Facebook users like me are likely to register and start firing off IntelliTrips right away. Facebook users are likely to convert to IntelliTrip for something NEW.
Morale at Facebook has never been lower. Ironically, Facebook’s value is as strong as ever. Timing is everything. I am selling and advertising for sale preferred stock in IntelliTrip, Inc. pursuant to Rule 506c promulgated under the safe harbor of Regulation D of the federal Securities Act of 1933. Under rule 506c, only accredited investors may purchase securities.
I’m offering 20% of IntelliTrip, Inc. based on a $2M VALUATION, $1M for SEARCH and $1M for SOCIAL raising $500K. Just like with (GOOG), IntelliTrip gets started with a $100K INVESTMENT.
